Creamy Ranch Chicken

Ingredients
2–3 boneless chicken breasts

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 can chopped green chilies (4 oz)

Optional:

Shredded cheddar cheese for topping

Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the chicken
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.

Sprinkle ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken.

Step 2: Make the creamy sauce
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and chopped green chilies.

Mix until smooth and creamy (microwave for 20–30 seconds if needed to soften cream cheese further)
