40 pastel artificial flowers from the Dollar Store
1 large wooden embroidery hoop (24 inches in diameter)
20 feet of warm white fairy lights
Clear fishing line or thin wire
Scissors
Hook for hanging (optional)
Directions
1. Gather 40 pastel artificial flowers from the Dollar Store. Choose a variety of colors for a vibrant look.
2. Cut lengths of clear fishing line or thin wire to about 12 inches each.
3. Attach each flower upside down to the wooden embroidery hoop by tying or wrapping the fishing line around the stem and securing it to the hoop. Space the flowers evenly around the hoop.
